Returns will only be accepted if the materials used in the production of your sign are found to be faulty. If this is the case, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your sign to arrange for a return or exchange.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any other reason, such as a change of mind or dissatisfaction with the design. Each sign is unique and created to your specific requirements, and we cannot resell customized items to other customers. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these reasons.

Please note that all returned products must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange. If the product is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to deny the return or exchange request.
